FM tuner featuring in addition to its sensitive circuitry, internal plug-in space for FM multiplex reception of stereophonic multiplexed broadcasts. Reduction of distortion caused by FM station over-modulation and better long-distance reception is achieved through incorporation of "corrective" inverse feedback. Noisy "hash" is eliminated between channels through the use of FM Interchannel Hush. AFC corrects by 90% any mistuning of a station and no drift is experienced. Disabling (AFC) switch on front panel and local-distant switch allows easy reception of distant signals.
